A new official announcement informs about the total budget of the excavations from 2010 until today. The announcement was made today by the journalist in charge, Anna Panagiotarea.
The total amount is 590.000 euros.
More specifically:
1. 2010: 20.000 euros from prerfecture of Serres
2. 2011: 80.000 euros from region of Central Macedonia
3. 2012: 50.000 euros from the Ministry of Culture and 50.000 euros from the Ministry of Macedonia - Thrace.
4. 2013: 90.000 euros from the Ministry of Culture.
5. 2014: 150.000 euros from the Ministry of Culture.
6. 2014: 150.000 euros from the National Bank of Greece.
